Reading the page

The hosting provider's logs hold your address briefly, for security. I run no analytics, set no pixel, and set no cookie beyond what serving the page needs.

Buying a Claim

When you buy a Claim I keep your email, the Placement text and destination, the Merchant of Record's payment identifiers, the check results, and any review decision. The Merchant of Record holds your payment details, and I never see your card. I keep these for five years after the Claim ends, or longer where the law requires.

What is published

The Placement text, the destination host, the price, and the timestamps are published permanently. Your name, your email, and your payment details are never published.

Your rights

You may ask what I hold, ask me to correct it, and ask me to delete it where no legal duty requires me to keep it. Write to support@brandmyisland.com and I answer within five days. You may also complain to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
